The 2025 TIC Educação survey is now collecting data, focusing exclusively on school administrators via telephone interviews. It aims to map the access to and use of digital technologies in Brazilian schools to understand challenges and inform digital education policies.
The research investigates trends, potential inequalities, and will produce indicators on areas like connectivity and safe digital activities for students and teachers. It is conducted by Cetic.br and supported by major institutions including the Ministry of Education, Inep, and UNESCO.
The main topics covered are the launch of the 2025 TIC Educação survey, its methodology, its objectives to assess digital technology in education, and the supporting institutions involved.
